Pam Frost – Volunteer
I had heard of Achilles when I read the book: The Long Run: A New York City Firefighter’s Triumphant Comeback from Crash Victim to Elite Athlete. I met Erin at the Cheshire Half Marathon in 2014 and decided I wanted to help! I didn’t know anything about guiding athletes, but I did learn that I could serve in other ways. So I’m here now still offering my services to help support the team!
