The PLAN of Connecticut
An individual would not need to be involved with the PLAN to be approved for a grant.  Their charitable trust is for anyone in the state of Connecticut who is disabled.

The Reeve Foundation cannot award grants to individuals, but the Information Specialist Team at the Paralysis Resource Center (PRC) can help individuals identify resources that can provide financial assistance. Please call the PRC (800-539-7309) and request to speak with an Information Specialist.

The Randy Snow Push Forward Foundation (Play On! Scholarship Program)
This foundation, established in 2011 to further the late Paralympic athlete’s dream of changing the lives of individuals with physical disabilities, is accepting applications for its scholarship program as of January 2014.
