As program coordinator, Michelle works with our Chapter Director, staff, and Executive and Leadership Teams to support athlete and guide signups for Achilles Connecticut workouts and races. During our extensive race season, she assists the Events Team in tracking and confirming bib registrations. She also oversees the chapter’s use of Rosterfy–our membership and participation platform since 2023–supporting our staff and volunteer leaders, and facilitating our mission of keeping participation accessible for all of our athletes.
